The ZR7 is our Custom Corvette bumper that is a direct swap replacement for the OEM Z06, Grandsport or ZR1 widebody bumper with precision OEM Fitment.

Mounting points, inner wheel liners, ducts and upper grill are all the same as the OEM widebody bumper making it an easy upgrade for a GM wide body model Corvette.

Our bumper, as well as all our products, are made using industry leading Epoxy systems and a high strength and lightweight Fiberglass S-glass, giving the highest strength to weight ratio possible closest to using carbon fiber, while allowing some flexibility in comparison.

Our Carbon Fiber parts are made with a visible 12k 2×2 weave which is the best for aesthetics and finished in high solids high gloss automotive clear coat.

Installation of the ZR7 C6 Z06 Corvette Bumper is as simple as an OEM!

The ZR7 bumper was developed using a reinforced C6 Z06 Corvette bumper mounted on a Corvette to ensure all of the mounting points are identical and fitment would be precise so the modifications could be done for the center portion of the bumper. After everything was perfect molds were made for production.

The overall ground clearance is probably less than .5″ difference than OEM.

The only modification you will need to make is removing either all or a portion of the foam support backing piece behind the standard bumper as the new opening is higher up and it gets in the way. All of the liners and ducts connected on the bottom are still used.

Mounting hardware is included with splitters, but all other hardware is the same.

Upgrading your Z06? Consider Selling your OEM bumper to help cover some costs! OEM c6 z06 corvette bumpers will go for around $1000 especially if you find someone on Facebook marketplace. Thats 2/3 your cost made back!

Upgrading from a base model? You will need to have wide body fenders, or do some modification to bring the side of the top of the bumper in to fit the OEM base fenders. We understand that costs can ramp up quickly if you are starting at a base, needing wider fronts, and then rears to match and either wheels spacers or new wheels, so due to much demand, we are currently working a plug and play version for the base model as well so no modifications will be needed.
